- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup uncooked quick rolled oats
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Cream together shortening and sugars.
- Beat in eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda - mix thoroughly.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls on un-greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 F for about 10 min.
- Do not over bake!
- Remove immediately from baking sheet.
