Fresh Salsa

• 7 Roma Tomatoes (or 4 large tomatoes)
• ½ Medium red onion, finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, finely minced
• 1 Serrano or Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
• 2-3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1/8 teaspoon oregano, crushed
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Other possible add-ins

• Diced avocado
• Chili powder
• Tomato paste (will add sweet flavor)
• Extra Jalapeno/Serrano pepper (add heat)
